Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED required
  • One year experience in security or public safety
  • Security Officer Healthcare Certification (CHSO) within two years
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) or Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) license
  • Certified in Conducted Energy Weapon (TASER) within 90 days
  • Stop the Bleed Certification within one year
  • Illinois team members need 20-hour Basic Security Officer course
  • North Carolina teammates need Unarmed Guard License within one year
