Job Summary

  • This role serves as the subject-matter expert (SME) for CAE’s Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Civilian Qualified Flying Instructor (CQFI) team, supporting the design of the Pilatus PC‑21 and Grob 120TP training programs.
  • You will be deeply involved in storyboard reviews, outline reviews, and final approvals across multiple development stages, collaborating closely with the CQFI team throughout all phases.
  • This is a temporary 3–5 year position, aligned with the completion of courseware and full training system implementation, with potential to transition into a Moose Jaw–based CQFI role.
