Job Summary

  • The Chief Information Officer (CIO)/Director, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) will be responsible and accountable for the strategic leadership and overall direction to all ICT Divisions/Units and drive governance of IOM’s global information technology systems and tools.
  • The incumbent will ensure that ICT focuses on enabling the organization through new and innovative digital technology while not losing focus on the traditional ICT responsibilities that support the infrastructure and world-wide operations.
  • The CIO and Director will also lead global ICT operations and service delivery, which ensure that IOM’s global business operations and processes stay up and running, and that IOM teams have systems access and can work in real-time regardless of location.
