Job Summary
We are seeking a Director of ERP Systems to serve as the primary owner of our Workday ecosystem, with accountability for strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
This role involves overseeing all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Financial Management, and Reporting/Analytics, as well as managing all system integrations.
The position offers a salary range of $175,000-$235,000 annually plus an annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to own a mission-critical platform.
