Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Law, or Criminal Justice required
  • 6+ years in compliance, investigations, or law enforcement within managed care
  • 2+ years leading people leaders and multi-layer teams
  • Experience with FDR relationships and captive agent arrangements
  • JD or Master's degree preferred
  • HCCA, CFE, AHFI, CPCI, CPA, or CIA certification preferred
