Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring AIA's products, services and internal operations / business processes meet the required quality standards.
Deliver all activities related to the facilitating and creation of accurate and clear User Requirements for all Digital system enhancements / projects / new products / production incidents related to the Customer Experience Division.
Lead/ project manage end-to-end activities for small scale Digital projects, which involve system enhancements and/or business process changes within Customer Experience Division only.
