Under direct supervision, apprentices support basic patient care activities while learning core PCT competencies through job shadowing, hands-on practice, and guided clinical experience.
This role focuses on skill development, patient safety, and progressive competency attainment to support high-quality, safe patient care in accordance with Memorial Hermann standards and policies.
