Job Summary
The Home Health Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) provides direct patient care in the patient's home environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The PTA will provide direct, one-on-one patient care in accordance with the plan of care designed by the supervising therapist.
