The Construction Services Project Administrator supports the Project Management team by performing project management administrative functions including budget setup, cost tracking, and subcontractor billings.
Responsibilities include managing project financials in Procore and Vantagepoint, tracking submittals and RFIs, and coordinating with accounting and subcontracts administrators.
The role requires experience with construction project administration, accounting, and proficiency in various software including Procore, Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
