The Division of Epilepsy within the Department of Neurology is comprised of 7 physicians, 3 APPs, 3 epilepsy nurses, and 1-2 CNP and/or epilepsy fellows each year.
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s Comprehensive Epilepsy Center is accredited by the National Association of Epilepsy Centers (NAEC) as a level 4 epilepsy center.
Teaching responsibilities may include teaching of medical students, residents, fellows and trainees at all levels, both in clinical neurology and epileptology.

M.D. or D.O. equivalent degree
Board-eligible or certified in Neurology
Board-eligible or certified in Epilepsy
Expertise in electrocorticography
Expertise in stereo EEG
Expertise in intra and extraoperative functional brain mapping
Expertise in managing the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
