CMMS software proficiency (Corrigo)
Inventory control and contractor management
Nice-to-have
Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Mission-critical facility operations background
Trade certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
Technical school training in relevant disciplines
Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
EPA 608 Type II Certification preferred

Ability to work Sunday through Thursday shifts
