Science Centre Singapore is seeking a Project Specialist for a three-year contract to manage exhibition projects, ensuring effective coordination among various teams and stakeholders. Job Summary
The Project Specialist is responsible for providing end-to-end coordination across NSC exhibition project teams, NSC exhibition builders, and building construction and multi-disciplinary teams, monitoring project timelines and budget expenditure across various exhibition initiatives.
You will coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and consultant teams under the guidance and supervision of the NSC core team and Heads of Department.
This role involves processing third-party contracts, invoices, master schedules, expense reports and authority approvals as required, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient workflow management throughout all project phases.
