Focuses on proactive telesales to create opportunities, including maintenance contract conversions, renegotiations, and new digital services for core 2 and core 3 customers.
Responsible for creating, qualifying, and communicating leads, handling inbound and outbound telesales, and ensuring successful conversions with existing and new maintenance customers.
Supports modernization sales by identifying and following up on opportunities, and assists the finance function in money collection.
