Job Summary

  • The CCMT Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the Corporate Customer Maintenance Tool (CCMT), which provides an additional level to the customer hierarchy and enables a global view of customer entities.
  • Key tasks include overseeing daily integration of new customer parties, identifying and mapping unmapped parties, confirming or updating CCP Names, and creating new Corporate Customer Parties (CCP).
  • This role requires collaboration with Global Sales, Business Center, and other stakeholders to resolve data issues, support business needs, and provide training and support to CCMT users.
