Job Summary
The CCMT Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the Corporate Customer Maintenance Tool (CCMT), which provides an additional level to the customer hierarchy and enables a global view of customer entities.
Key tasks include overseeing daily integration of new customer parties, identifying and mapping unmapped parties, confirming or updating CCP Names, and creating new Corporate Customer Parties (CCP).
This role requires collaboration with Global Sales, Business Center, and other stakeholders to resolve data issues, support business needs, and provide training and support to CCMT users.
