Job Summary

  • As a Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical and operational success across client engagements.
  • Manage daily operations of customer-facing CDI projects across inpatient and/or outpatient settings and ensure high-quality execution of all clinical deliverables.
  • Establish and monitor CDI performance metrics including query volume, query quality, response rates, CC/MCC capture, SOI/ROM, DRG distribution, and quality impacts.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field
  • 5-7 years of CDI experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Professional services or consulting experience
  • RN, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CIC, CCDS, CDIP, CPC or equivalent credential
  • Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines, ICD-10, MS-DRG, SOI/ROM
  • Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience in benefit tracking and ROI analysis
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
