  • Trend Micro is seeking a Senior Channel Solutions Engineer – X Service Provider to onboard, enable, and scale Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and Digital Forensics Incident Response (DFIR) partners.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with MSSPs, MDR providers
  • RMM/PSA tool experience
  • Red team experience, adversary emulation background
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), OSCP
  • Direct experience in Incident Response
  • Experience supporting cyber insurance assessments
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations
  • Experience building managed security service offerings
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CCSP certifications
  • AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect
