Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure quality care in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The LPN participates in administrative, charting, drug administration, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment, and care plan functions to maintain high standards of nursing service.
The role requires collaboration with physicians, residents, families, and other departments, as well as participation in continuing education and quality assurance activities.
