Base: $191,500 - $287,300 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work arrangements
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years cloud engineer experience focused on IAM
Expertise in AWS Azure EntraID or GCP entitlements
Proficiency with Terraform Github and Infrastructure as Code
Deep knowledge of OAuth OIDC SAML and SCIM protocols
Experience with Python automation and SEIM tools like Splunk
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with NIST 800-53 and DoD control frameworks
Understanding of identity governance workflows
Experience with user lifecycle management processes
Ability to work in high-stakes mission-driven environments
Collaborative mindset with cybersecurity organizations
Key Requirements
United States citizenship (naturalized or native) required
Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
