This attorney acts as defense counsel for the N.C. Department of Transportation in legal actions brought pursuant to the Tort Claims Act and represents the State before the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
The position requires managing a large caseload, responding to client queries on negligence and risk management, and providing legal education through conferences and workshops.
