• You will be responsible for the smooth operational functioning of a point of sale, by managing your team daily, ensuring impeccable service and guaranteeing the performance of the establishment, all while respecting Autogrill's quality standards.
• Manage and lead a team (planning, support, motivation), supervise daily operations (service, quality, hygiene, safety), and ensure a fluid, fast, and friendly customer experience.
