Job Summary
This position provides strategic support and education for nursing clinical programs with a primary emphasis on Infection Control and Disease Prevention across multiple facilities.
The role requires advising facilities on compliance with State and Federal Survey Regulations for Medicare and Medicaid Licensure while assisting in the creation of Plans of Correction for survey deficiencies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
20+ years of Clinical and Management experience
Active Professional License with State Board of Nursing
