Job Summary

  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will manage incoming calls, emails, or live chats, identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, and build lasting trust relationships through open and interactive communication.
  • You will provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools, adhere to personal/customer service team objectives and call quotas, and keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
