Job Summary

  • Responsible for providing a generalist HR service to a business unit covering staffing, training, performance management, associate relations, compliance, investigations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partners closely with General Manager(s) and other management team members to promote a positive, inclusive work environment and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Investigates and reports incidents, provides support for recruitment and on-boarding, and assists in the development and delivery of training programs.
