You will provide psychiatric nursing services to the medical inpatient population at Port Phillip Prison within the St Johns unit.
This position involves patient risk assessment and management including crisis, develop risk management plans, treatment management, assessment of ongoing need for review, and engage the patient in developing their mental health recovery plans, referrals, discharge planning and liaising with external stakeholders.
