  • This role supports a newly established automation process area within Marmon Holdings' AP Emissions Technologies division.
  • The technician will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on PLCs, sensors, drives, and associated control systems.
  • Candidates are expected to collaborate with engineering and OEM partners to install, troubleshoot, and optimize automated machinery.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PLC programming and troubleshooting expertise
  • Hands-on maintenance of sensors and actuators
  • Reading wiring diagrams and control schematics
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley RSLogix platforms
  • Knowledge of VFDs, HMIs, and industrial networking

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 Smart Factory systems
  • Experience with robotics like Fanuc or KUKA

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience
  • Associate degree or technical diploma in related field
  • PLC programming certification or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio5000
  • Experience with safety PLCs and LOTO procedures
