Job Summary
Lead the management and oversight of the development portfolio with annual revenues exceeding $250M and multiple contractual Earned Value reporting efforts.
Implement contractually required EVMS (Earned Value Management) reporting, evaluate and improve internal controls, tools and processes, and lead and develop program controls team.
Collaborate cross functionally to develop monthly forecasts and quarterly forecasts, LRP and AOP, providing tactical support of forecasts and plans using various financial tools.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years relevant Finance/Accounting experience or advanced degree with 7 years experience
Earned Value Management experience including IBR
Experience interfacing with functional disciplines in proposal development and program execution
Experience leading and developing teams
Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
Work Rights
Must have an active and existing Secret DoD security clearance
