Job Summary

  • This internship programme is only open to candidates who identify with any Black, Black British, African or Caribbean background to address under-representation in the energy industry.
  • In this role, you will focus on spotting issues, fixing problems, and supporting our customer-facing Energy Specialists to deliver outrageous customer service.
  • You will manage the end-to-end cheque process, allocate missing payments, reconcile BACS payments, and support Energy Specialists with payment and refund queries.
