Job Summary
Build and standardize processes and best practices to support the Customer Success team and cross-functional partners.
Define and produce KPIs, executive reporting, and dashboards that drive insights and decisions.
This position will be located in México and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
