Job Summary

  • The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing the kitchen for a multitude of tasks to include the day-to-day preparation of the meals within all of the F&B outlets and to continually uphold the standards in accordance with the Tribute Portfolio standards.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day managing of the kitchen staff, basic and advanced sauce prep, butchering, general cleaning, dishwashing, line cooking, plating dishes, and expediting.
