Job Summary
The Laundry Supervisor leads both the internal operation —including guest rooms, restaurants, spa, and uniforms— and the guest service (valet laundry & dry cleaning), ensuring quality, efficiency, and sustainable practices in all activities.
Supervise that all textiles —including linens, uniforms, curtains, tablecloths, and guest clothing— meet the highest standards of cleanliness, softness, fragrance, presentation, and packaging, in accordance with LQA or Forbes standards.
Ensure that operating costs remain aligned with productivity and the hotel’s occupancy levels.
