Job Summary

  • The Program Specialist is responsible for the IT programs/projects within assigned scope, with overall responsibility for the direction, scope, cost, schedule, quality, and success of the projects.
  • This includes managing the project plan, budget, issues management list, work breakdown structure, and other project management tools.
  • This position will coordinate all project activities: software and hardware implementation training, and optimization, business and IT related tasks, internal communications process improvement, and develop a plan for sustaining support.
