The STS Tier 1 Associate Specialist is accountable for supporting STS related queries for internal and external customers, actively managing cases and responding via phone.
The role involves working within a team of STS SRD Tier 1 Specialists applying the 'Follow the Sun Model' to deliver STS SRD Tier 1 processes in accordance with compliance requirements and SLAs.
The primary objective is to ensure all cases and issues are addressed correctly, completely, and in a timely manner, focusing heavily on first-time resolution and eliminating handoffs.
