Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and administrative direction.
This role involves maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, assisting with orientation, and ensuring compliance with facility policies related to staffing and confidentiality.
The Staffing Coordinator also participates in committee meetings, assists in interviewing CNAs, and supports the nursing department in various administrative and personnel functions.
