Enersul is seeking a Site Leader for their Belle, WV location, responsible for coordinating rail car moving activities, managing site operations, and ensuring safety compliance. Job Summary

  • Perform and coordinate activities of workers engaged in on-site rail car moving, which may also include track maintenance, rail car repair, rail car washing and loading service, in-plant trucking and workers engaged in pipeline and transloading activities.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by making sure all employees understand and follow all safety rules, train employees on procedures and operations, and identify and develop employees to move into leadership roles.
