You will work closely with security leadership and global Information Security partners to enable efficient execution, strong governance, and a security-first culture across the organization.
Key responsibilities include preparing documentation, tracking budgets, coordinating vendor intake, monitoring security requests, analyzing security metrics, and supporting key initiatives.
The role requires collaboration across Information Security, IT, Legal, HR, Internal Communications, and business teams, as well as coordination across global teams and time zones.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or program support
Foundational understanding of information security concepts
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
