Job Summary

• Your apprenticeship will involve joining a dynamic team of 10 people spread across 4 countries (Canada, UK, France, Poland) and contributing to a wide range of HR activities at the forefront of HR practices in an international and stimulating environment.
• Your main missions will include managing personnel administration (time management, payroll, onboarding formalities), coordinating new employee integration, supporting social relations, piloting the health and safety policy, contributing to Compensation & Benefits projects, and participating in the recruitment process.
• This apprenticeship will allow you to develop expertise in operational HR processes in an international context, social law, personnel administration, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects (C&B, Recruitment, HSE).
