The Enterprise IT Architecture Director is responsible for leading and maturing the Enterprise IT Architecture capability at Marathon Petroleum (MPC).
This position is accountable for business results primarily achieved through the work of others and manages staff, sets direction, and deploys resources.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree
ITIL®, TOGAF®, Agile, SAFe®, PMI®, Organization Change Management, and Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
Twelve (12) or more years of diversified IT experience
Five (5) or more years of directly managing professional staff
Six (6) or more years of experience in technical IT architect capacity
Three (3) or more years of experience leading and managing an Enterprise Architecture function preferred
Experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and emerging technologies such as generative AI and its applications preferred
Experience with implementing and utilizing Enterprise Architecture tools, graphical modeling approaches, and repository management preferred
Experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or oil and gas industry preferred
