Job Summary
As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will actively shape the development of strategies, programs and roadmaps to achieve the site’s long-term vision.
Responsible for implementing and managing effective continuous improvement processes and governance, and driving project portfolio management.
Lead the deployment & execution of key OPEX Strategic Initiatives and programs such as Smart Change Over & OEE Program, Golden Batch, Waste to Excellence/Yield, ZBB, Ideation Workshops for GP Improvement, etc.
