The Admission RN assesses patients in their place of residency or in hospitals and initiates care into the services of Chapters Health System.
Ensures a seamless transition to Care Navigation and serves as an ambassador of the Organization.
This position requires consent to drug and/or alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment is made, as well as on-going compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
