  • This role partners closely with senior leadership to define the transformation roadmap, orchestrate cross-functional change, and ensure successful adoption of new digital capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Key Responsibilities include Strategic Leadership, Program & Change Management, Operational Excellence, Technology & Digital Enablement, and Stakeholder Engagement.

Salary

Base: $163,600.00 - $245,400.00; Bonus/Equity: discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards; Benefits: medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.
