Job Summary

  • This pivotal role is responsible for shaping, executing, and scaling Vantage’s global talent attraction strategy, driving the development of innovative recruitment marketing programs and a compelling employer brand.
  • The Senior Director will partner with internal recruiters to design, execute, and oversee multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns and produce content to bring the employee brand to life.

Key Requirements
