Job Summary
The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator, Outreach, will execute and deliver on outreach strategies that elevate impact and visibility of CPAN, PeriPAN, and other related programs aimed at improving mental health access and care for children, adolescents, and perinatal women in Central Texas.
Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining institutional partnerships, coordinating presentations and events, supporting data collection, representing programs at various engagements, and assisting with inventory management.
This position is state and federally funded through the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium and is expected to continue until August 31, 2026, with potential for renewal.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience, or master’s degree and three years of professional experience, coordinating or managing a program
At least one year of experience in a medical, educational, or non-profit setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with medical providers
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
