Job Summary
Assist with proper and efficient operation of the facilities Building Management System (BMS) and provides technical support for repairs and maintenance of all facility systems and equipment.
Help ensure all equipment is maintained according to factory specifications and appropriate PM information is entered into Altum Maintenance Program, with proper utilization of Work Order and Maintenance Manager systems.
