Must-have

  • Maintenance of portable and stationary generators
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical generator issues
  • Performing preventive maintenance and repairs
  • Use of CMMS System (Corrigo)
  • Compliance with safety protocols and PPE
  • Operation of site vehicles with DMV background check
  • Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and diagrams

Nice-to-have

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Teamwork and positive demeanor
  • Experience with Energy Management System/BMS
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Good documentation and record-keeping skills

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum five (5) years experience
  • Local 39 Apprenticeship Program preferred
  • Universal CFC (EPA) License
  • High Rise Fire Safety Director Certification
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
