Job Summary

  • Provide pre-sales technical support for customer account engagements, including documentation development and training, to ensure high-quality designs and minimize post-sales issues.
  • Manage technical account engagements as a key member of the sales team, developing comprehensive design, installation, and operational plans to drive successful ESS solution adoption and business growth.
  • Engage with customers on application of ESS systems and evaluate/team with partners for balance of system equipment providers, software/EMS integration, and EPCs.
