Job Summary
As a Nursing Trainer, you will lead with curiosity, coach with compassion, and obsess over development, building skills, confidence, momentum, and careers in emergency medicine.
Your responsibilities include partnering with leadership to identify training needs, assessing staff through observation, driving advancement through VEG's Cultivate program, and splitting time between on-the-floor mentoring and strategic development.
