Job Summary

  • As a Service Coordinator, you are the link between our customers, the workshop, and the warehouse, managing planning and ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial contact to invoicing.
  • You will be the commercial and operational point of contact for customers and drivers, ensuring smart workshop planning, adherence to agreements, and service delivery to minimize truck downtime and increase customer satisfaction.
