Job Summary
As the Line Shift Supervisor, this role will manage a small group of associates in an engaged manner and own performance for the output of a manufacturing line for the assigned shift.
Ensure that standards for safety, quality, production, cost, 5S, CILT, defect tracking, Center lining, Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and overall policy compliance are followed, through timely recognition and/or performance management.
