The SHE Training Specialist manages the comprehensive Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) training portfolio across AstraZeneca COO sites, with approximately 60% focus on Gaithersburg and 40% on the remaining sites.
Responsibilities include serving as the technical owner of the Learning Management System (LMS) for SHE, leading onboarding programs, developing training content, governing vendor contracts and relations, and driving continuous improvement through data analytics and innovative learning technologies.
