  • The role is responsible for designing, modifying, and implementing competitive incentive program schemes to maximize employee recruitment, retention, and performance.
  • You will establish rules and guidelines to monitor compliance in incentives activities across all stakeholders and engage with internal and external partners.
  • The position requires conducting data analysis, producing ad hoc reports, and performing post-implementation evaluations to assess the effectiveness of incentive programs.
